General Information

• Registrations post marked after June 7, 2010 can not be guaranteed placement on a team.
• Registration forms must be received and fees paid  before your child will be placed on a team.
• No refunds unless player not placed on a SAY team
• Registration will be held open for Minors/Seniors (14-17 years old - coed combined teams) through August 2010 (with no late fee).   Minor Players will not be contacted until the end of August.
• According to SAY National Rules, once teams are formed no player movement is permitted.   Players may be on only one SAY team at a time.
• CYSA supplies each player with shirt, shorts, and socks.  Parent is responsible for shin guards and shoes.
• CYSA can not honor special requests in any division past the candy 5 division.

As of June 24, 2010 - Registrations are temporarily on hold while we prepare for the team draw.  Please mail any late registrations to PO Box 341, Springboro Oh 45066.  We will add children on a first registered first placed basis and will place as many players as possible.

$140.00 per family (family = 3 or more)

Post Marked after June 7th 2010 (Except Minors)
$  80.00 per child 
$180.00 per family (family = 3 or more)

Minors/Seniors ONLY (regsitration held open through August without a late fee to accomodate high school team try-outs):

$140.00 per family
